Keybox replaces a pasted key with a handle such as «kb:openai». The agent calls the API through that handle. There is no tool that returns the value.

Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex block a raw key on send. VS Code and Claude Desktop use the same vault and MCP server, and you seal before you send. One install covers every host.
